Dr.Bill will refer physicians to KPK Law LLP for legal services related to the incorporation of their medical practice. KPK Law LLP will provide a 50% discount on its customary flat legal fee (exclusive of disbursements and HST)

Offer open to any medical residents or those within 5 years of completing their medical residency and practicing or planning to practice in Ontario KPK Law LLP will provide the following legal services related to the incorporation of the medical practice:

• Incorporation of the Medicine Professional Corporation
• Minute book and organization of the Medicine Professional Corporation
• Application for a certificate of authorization to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
• Rollover Agreement, Resolutions, bylaws, share certificates, filing of Form 1, all meetings and communications Retainer/employment agreement and assignment of lease
